The oak and ginkgo trees--whose tops intertwine outside our front windows--put on an allegro shadow dance every morning.

Their soundtrack?

Trash trucks, school children, barking dogs, sirens, skateboards, jackhammers, and squeaking brakes.

A most pleasant cacophony that makes you want to boogie.
